4 years at Recordent

Recordent is a fintech platform focused on improving transparency and trust in buyer-seller relationships by addressing the problem of delayed payments. The company offers comprehensive credit and collections management solutions for businesses, especially manufacturers, traders, and service providers with tools to manage credit risk, collections, recovery, and analytics.

I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and features, across both web pages and the core product. Over these four years, my work has spanned from redesigning the product to align with new brand guidelines in 2021 to introducing an advanced cash‑flow analytics capability in 2025, and a lot in between.

I have worked on several existing features and also introduced new ones. Focusing on 5 core modules - Dashboard, Collections, Recovery, Credit Risk, and Analytics.

• Dashboard.

• Collections: Managing dues, invoices, payments, transactions, disputes, promised payments, buyer assignment, adding new buyer, notification history, adding credits, credit history, statement of accounts etc.

• Recovery: Legal notices, caution notices, and E arbitration.

• Credit Risk: Credit bureau report, recordent report, trade credit insurance.

• Analytics (NEW): Sales & collections, disputed payments, promised payments, payment recovery, credit assessment, your team.

• Account settings: Account and user management, offers page, roles and permissions, invoices and billing, subscription.

• Offers page, profile management.
